Born into a family of Physical Education teachers Michael has been active in sports since he could crawl. Competing began at the age of 5 in soccer and continued on as a four sport athlete in Football, Baseball, Basketball, and Track & Field through high school continuing on to run Track at the University of Kentucky. As an ACE certified Personal Trainer Michael has been working with clients one-on-one and in a group fitness setting for over 6 years. He loves the early morning rise and kicking the day off with a sweat from physical activity. He prides himself in helping clients achieve their fitness goals through diverse and fun exercise, nutrition and an overall lifestyle of health and wellness.
